THE Group 6 referees association will conduct a course for level 1 referees on February 27 and 28 at Jack Nash Reserve, Mount Annan.
The cost is $40.
Association secretary Kim-Maree Teale encouraged former senior football players and females to attend.
``Even if they only want to be a touch judge, they are welcome to join the association and it gives them the opportunity to remain active in the sport they love,'' she said.
``We have three girls in the juniors and would love to build that number up.
