NSW Police investigate armed robbery at Macquarie Fields car wash business

Police are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery in Macquarie Fields on Monday night.

At about 7.30pm on February 5, a 52-year-old man was at a car wash business on Atchinson Road.

He was approached by another man armed with a sharp object, believed to be a knife.

The armed man threatened him before stealing his car, a red Audi sedan.

The 52-year-old man was not injured in the incident, but he was taken to Liverpool Hospital for assessment.

Police from Campbelltown Local Area Command established a crime scene and began an investigation.
