Acreage lots will soon be available at a new masterplanned estate in Tahmoor.
The Acres Wollondilly offers rural residential lots over 4000 square metres in size.
The homesites will be spread over 110 hectares with construction work to commence later this year.
Urban Land Housing managing director Christopher Lowry said the new estate was expected to be completed in late 2018.
“This is a unique rural residential opportunity set to appeal to a wide variety of purchasers seeking an idyllic, peaceful, tree change lifestyle,” he said.
“The superb location, is in the midst of one of the fastest growing vibrant areas of Sydney, with a flourishing food scene and a wide variety of recreational activities.
“There are many land subdivisions in the area of land lots 450 square metres or less, however The Acres presents a rare opportunity to purchase a homesite offering peace, space and a true country lifestyle with city conveniences.”
The first stage will be the Bellbird release featuring 18 rural residential homesites from 4013 to 6660 square metres.
Mr Lowry said design guidelines and protective covenants will be in place to ensure the community maintains its prestigious rural feel.
The development will also feature a large public park.
The Acres is bound by the Nepean River to the east, Myrtle Creek to the north, Bargo River to the south and rural land to the west.
