Ruse product David Nofoaluma is expected to be left out of the Wests Tigers round one side.

Coach Ivan Cleary is expected to make the shock decision which will mean Nofoaluma will not line up against former team mate James Tedesco, when the Wests Tigers take on the Sydney Roosters on Saturday.

Nofoaluma was assumed to have a mortgage on one of the wing spots however, it seems nothing is secure under Cleary’s tenure.

While Tedesco and fellow juniors Aaron Woods and Mitchell Moses decided to part ways with the club, Nofoaluma decided to stay put and sign a four-year extension.

Corey Thompson and Malakai Watene-Zelezniak – who signed mid-season last year – are expected to named on the wings.

Kick off between the Wests Tigers and Sydney Roosters 4.30pm on Saturday, March 10 at ANZ Stadium.
