Raby Sports Complex has been a hive of activity for young cricketers this week.
Cricket NSW has held three major tournaments featuring some of the state's best emerging talent over the past few days.
The Under-16s Boys State Challenge has been run in conjunction with the Under-14s and Under-17s Girls State Challenges.
Macarthur is well represented with Campbelltown-Camden Ghosts players Blake Smith, Jayden Zahra-Smith, Adam Harvey, Will Salzmann, Steph Ellsmore, Dharmini Chauhan, Zoha Siddiqi and Hannah Darlington playing in matches this week
Cricket NSW senior pathway manager Mark Cameron told the Advertiser last month that the tournaments were a great chance for players to impress the state's selectors.
"The challenge is a selection and talent identification looking at attributes to play at a higher level," he said.
"This is the best of the best players, being coached by the best."
The annual Cricket NSW Country Boys Coaching Class has also been held this week, culminating in a training day at Raby Sports Complex tomorrow (Thursday, April 18).
