Mixed bag for Wollondilly Knights

The Wollondilly Knights had a mixed weekend of results, securing two great wins and recording a disappointing loss.

The Knights women's team handed the North Shore Bombers a lesson, winning 7.9 (51) to 1.4 (10) at Wilton's Hannaford Oval on Saturday.

The match marked round six of the AFL Sydney women's division two competition.

The two teams had met the previous weekend, with Wollondilly winning by nine points on that occasion at Gore Hill Oval, St Leonards.

The Knights men's masters team took on traditional rival Camden last Friday night at Harrington Park's Fairfax Reserve, winning 6.10 (46) to 4.3 (27).

Unfortunately, the Wollondilly men's division one team lost 9.11 (65) to 5.6 (36) against Randwick Saints in a physical game on Saturday at Hannaford Oval.
