Police appeal for witnesses after Wedderburn man shot

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward after Wedderburn man was shot on Saturday night.

The 39-year-old man presented to Campbelltown Hospital about 9pm on Saturday, May 25 after suffering a gunshot wound to his shoulder.

He remains in a stable condition in hospital. The man's injury is not considered life threatening.

Campbelltown police were notified and launched an investigation.

It is unknown what caused the gunshot wound.
