Firefighters worked hard to prevent an Airds home from burning down in the early hours of this morning.
Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) Rosemeadow and Campbelltown crews were called to the Riverside Drive house about 2.15am on Thursday, June 20.
Firefighters arrived to find a large amount of billowing from the home.
FRNSW members forced their way into the property and discovered a fire burning under the floors.
Firies quickly removed a section of flooring to get access and extinguish the blaze.
The house had only moderate damage.
There were no injuries and no damage to surrounding properties.
