Drug raid at Oakdale home

A man has been charged following a drug raid at an Oakdale home yesterday.

Camden Police Area Command officers, with assistance from the Drug Squad, searched a home in Oakdale on Wednesday morning following an investigation into possible drug supply.

Various drugs were allegedly seized during the raid - including cannabis, cocaine and amphetamine - as well as cash and ammunition.

Officers arrested a man, 19, and he was taken to Narellan Police Station.

He was charged with:

  • Four counts of supplying drugs.
  • Three counts of possessing drugs.
  • Dealing with the proceeds of crime.
  • Possessing ammunition without holding a licence.

The man was refused bail and will face Campbelltown local court today (Thursday, June 20).
