It's fair to say the Ingleburn Magpies have flown high this year.
The Ingleburn Magpies Junior Australian Rules Football Club has experienced one of its best seasons to date, both on and off the field.
Club president Shannon Prenter said the Magpies had 10 junior teams competing in the upcoming Western Sydney competition's finals series.
"To have 10 teams playing finals footy is certainly a great achievement," he said.
"I don't think that has been achieved by any other junior club in this competition."
The Magpies have teams competing in all age groups, from under-9s to under-17s. Their sides included a new youth girls team in the under-13s age group
Prenter said the club had a strong "side by side" attitude, which featured a strong inclusion focus for all.
"We are proud of our achievements this year, on and off the field," he said.
"We affectionately refer to our fantastic volunteers as the Magpie Army and it certainly takes an army to support our club, teams and players."
