Why do you love Camden?
Residents are being urged to say exactly why - in words and pictures - to celebrate History Week.
Leading the charge is Camden's own 'living piece of history', Laura Jane Aulsebrook, a well-known local identity who only wears fashions and haircuts from the 1950s.
She is promoting the #mycamdenstory social media campaign run by Camden Council and Camden Council's Heritage Advisory Committee.
"Residents are encouraged to share photos and stories that showcase their Camden story, historic and modern photos and anything that shares why they are in Camden and why they love Camden," she said.
"These images will be collated for a special surprise - to be revealed on September 7 at the Alan Baker Art Gallery - that celebrates the Camden stories of the residents.
"I started my @vintage_camden Instagram account to share my two loves of vintage clothing and my hometown of Camden and I want to reach out to the community to share their love of Camden too.
"Social media sometimes gets a bad reputation but I think it also can be a wonderful platform for sharing and promoting communities."
As part of the September 7 "Unlock Camden" Community Day in John Street, complete with live music and a sausage sizzle, there will be displays at the art gallery and Camden Museum, research demonstrations at the Family History Society, and a relaunching of the Camden Heritage Walking Tour. Community groups including the Girl Guides, Scouts and CWA will be showcasing their own Camden Story.
The Epicure Store will also have a special Camden "vintage cheese" lunch special available on the day.
Beforehand, Laura Jane is urging local people to tell their #mycamdenstory, whether they are recent arrivals or from an old pioneer family.
"Being a part of so many community groups including the CWA, Historical Society and Friends of Belgenny Farm has allowed me to gain even more of an appreciation of our Camden Story and discover that so many residents have amazing stories to share about the history of our town and why it is such an important part of the world for everyone who calls Camden home.
"From long term, generational family residents to newer Camdenites, we all have a story to share about why we love Camden."
