Macarthur Diversity Services Initiative offers personalised services based on the goals and aspirations of people with a disability.
A registered NDIS provider, the non-profit organisation has been supporting the people of the Macarthur region for more than 35 years.
CEO Karin Vasquez said their services included support co-ordination, day programs, individual service delivery, short term accommodation and disability employment services.
"MDSI believes in a world where people matter, communities are connected and everyone is accepted," Ms Vasquez said. "Our services are provided with respect, trust, open communication and collaboration.
"The growth in our disability department is a testament to the service we continue to provide for all participants and their families."

MDSI assists people from disadvantaged backgrounds, including those who are culturally and linguistically diverse and their support staff are caring, skilled and bi-lingual.
"As a multi-service agency MDSI assists people from the cradle to the grave," Ms Vasquez said. "About 80 per cent of what we do is Government funded.
"We have a mixture of block funded aged care and community development programs. Our fee for service programs include Home Care Packages and NDIS services."
