Prepare to immerse yourself in the artistic genius of Vincent Van Gogh with Sydney's new, Covid-aware exhibition next month.
Van Gogh Alive, the world's most acclaimed and visited multi-sensory Covid-aware experience, kicks off at the Royal Hall of Industries on September 18 for a strictly limited season.
The large-scale exhibition, presented in Sydney by M Agency and Grande Exhibitions, has already wowed more than six million people across the globe, in cities like Rome, Berlin, Shanghai, Moscow and more.
M Agency chief executive Emma Triggs said visitors would never forget the 'vibrant symphony' of light, colour, sound and fragrance that make up the innovative experience.
"Van Gogh Alive presents Van Gogh and his work in an entirely different, contemporary light," Ms Triggs said.
"It is one of the most immersive and shareable experiences I've ever seen. The fact that it is absolutely no-touch makes it ideal in today's Covid-aware climate.
"We hope everyone enjoys this amazing multi-sensory exhibition. It's a great opportunity to experience art in a completely new way and to reconnect with creative culture in a safe space."
Thanks to the state-of-the-art SENSORY4TM system created by Grande Exhibitons' Bruce Peterson (from Melbourne), Van Gogh Alive features motion graphics beamed through up to 40 high-definition projectors with cinema-quality surround sound.
This allows audiences to truly appreciate every detail, each brushstroke, in the Dutch master's works.
"We are proud that Grande Exhibitions really has redefined the way art and culture is enjoyed by enormous numbers of people around the world," Peterson said.
"I am absolutely thrilled, especially in these crazy surreal times, to finally be able to showcase our artistry and technical talents in our home country as part of such a successful global tour."
The exhibition exceeds all government public health guidelines, with controlled visitor capacities and managed visitor flow, ensuring social distancing can be maintained.
The exhibition also meets the highest hygiene standards with zero touch points, hand sanitisers, masks and daily deep cleaning.
Van Gogh Alive runs from Friday, September 18 at Moore Park's Royal Hall of Industries for a strictly limited season. Prices start at $30. Details, tickets: vangoghalive.com.au.
