LATEST COVID-19 DEVELOPMENTS
* Victoria has recorded one case in hotel quarantine, despite not currently accepting international flights. It is not clear how this case was uncovered but may involve air crew.
* Australia on Saturday enjoyed another day without a locally acquired COVID-19 case.
* Australian-made doses of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 jabs are weeks away from being available, with the assistant treasurer arguing citizens have taken a "sigh of relief" as widespread vaccination inches closer.
* Elderly Australians will be the priority when the vaccines are ready from March 22 but health department boss Brendan Murphy says the vaccinations will eventually be available at GP clinics across Australia.
* AstraZeneca and Pfizer doses from overseas are being given to frontline health and hotel quarantine workers and aged and disability care residents and staff.
* The federal government has put more than $6 billion towards Australia's coronavirus vaccine rollout, with contracts for more than 150 million doses in total, with one third to be made by pharmaceutical giant CSL in Victoria.

* France says it may emulate Italy's move to block coronavirus vaccine exports outside the European Union if that is what is needed to enforce the bloc's contracts with drug manufacturers.
AUSTRALIAN CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:
* Australia recorded no new locally acquired cases of the coronavirus on Saturday. There were nine cases recorded in hotel quarantine: three in Queensland, one in Victoria, two in Western Australia and three in NSW.
* The national death toll is 909: Victoria 820, NSW 56, Tasmania 13, WA 9, Queensland 6, SA 4, ACT 3 (Two Queensland residents who died in NSW have been included in the official tolls of both states).
GLOBAL CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:
* Cases: at least 116,066,662
* Deaths: at least 2,580,180
* Recovered: at least 65,609,995
