Almost 200 luxury properties are set to join the residential landscape in Sydney's south west with a $300 million new master planned community set to launch this year.
Developers Sekisui House have partnered with Aussie golfing legend and entrepreneur Greg Norman to bring his celebrated Norman Estates to his home country for the first time.
The Australian-first partnership will see an exclusive residential community built in the Camden suburb, combining Sekisui House's own SHAWOOD home design and construction with the 'global luxury lifestyle philosophy' of Norman Estates.
The development will overlook the existing Greg Norman-designed nine-hole golf course in Gledswood Hills.
Mr Norman said he was proud to have his trademark community setting up in Australia.
"I am exciting to be developing the first Norman Estates residences in Australia with Sekisui House and creating a residential offering that is completely unique in the market," he said.
"The community will cater for active and discerning buyers who are looking for the very best in location, lifestyle and design in one of the most exciting growth areas in the nation.
"Sekisui House's commitment to innovation and forward-thinking, combined with its passion for design quality, is completely aligned with the key philosophies of my Norman Estates brand.
"Bringing Norman Estates to Australia is close to my heart, and I am very proud of the exceptional community we are creating."

The new Norman Estates community is set to launch this year and will include 190 'expansive, freestanding and attached terrace homes with unmatched lifestyle amenities'.
The homes will be surrounded by parklands and views of the Greg Norman signature nine-hole golf course.
The enclave will also include an exclusive residents-only clubhouse lounge, gym, tennis court and resort-style pool.
All homes will be built on oversized lots, in a development area spanning 17 hectares, and most will include four or five bedrooms, home automation and 'integrated lifestyle technology'.
Sekisui House Australia chief executive and managing director Hide Seguchi said the project was six years in the making and a first-of-its-kind collaboration for Australian buyers.
"Our considered and collaborative partnership with Greg Norman aligns with Sekisui House Australia's award-winning Central Park and West Village residential developments, offering diverse housing types and amenities to cater to different generations and lifestyle needs," Mr Seguchi said.
"Norman Estates at Gledswood Hills further extends Sekisui House Australia's philosophy of creating luxury appointed and highly liveable homes."
Sekisui House Australia general manager Craig D'Costa said the growth of the region was a big attraction for the partnership.
"The initial decision to develop Norman Estates in south-west Sydney was very strategic," he said.
"We anticipated the long-term demand for premium lifestyle properties that offer a true feeling of sanctuary, surrounded by greenery, yet close to an activated destination for recreation, dining and entertainment.
"The arrival of the future Western Sydney Aerotropolis firmly cements the Gledswood Hills region in Sydney's growth corridor, with connectivity to a diverse and maturing offering of quality education, healthcare, transport and employment opportunities - all at the doorstep of the private grounds of the Norman Estates community."
Construction at the new Norman Estates is already under way, with the first tranche of homes and clubhouses progressing.
A limited number of future residents will be given the opportunity to purchase some of the most sought-after properties as early as December.
The rest of the properties will be completed through 2022.
