
Shire residents headed to the polls today to elect their nine new council representatives.
Four councillors will be selected in the North Ward, and four will be selected in the South Ward.

Voters will also elect a mayor.
Polling booths closed at 6pm, and the NSW Electoral Commission staff will tally the votes tonight.
Any votes which have not been counted - including postal and pre-poll votes - will be picked up on Monday.
There is not expected to be a final result tonight.
